Voice of Kyara

In the age of Muromachi period - Japan, there were moments when silence and smoke became divine and they called it Kōdō, the Way of Incense. Rarest of agarwood like Kyara used to be heated. 

Participants “listened” to the fragrance — mon-kō (聞香), meaning “to hear incense.”

Voice of Kyara is created to bring that mon-kō into the modern world. Not as

memory but as an experience reborn in the form of perfume.

At its core, 40% of the blend is composed of Sultani Oud Maroke Royale, chosen for its profound complexity and kinamic facets.

To magnify what we call the Kinamic effect, perfumer Marius employed a proprietary solvent-extraction technique, creating a kind of “absolute Kinam,” born from the rarest sinking agarwoods and kinam grade pieces which were treasured in Marius's private collection.

This complex heart includes Brunei Kinam, Nha Trang Kinam, Chinese Guangdong Kinam, and sinking-grade agarwood from Hue (Vietnam), Papua, and Hainan. Together, they form 35% of the composition, yielding a depth that hums with resinous gravity and sacred warmth.

The remaining 25% of the blend, we used molecular distillation of Hinoki to give it milky aura from glowing Kyara wood, also a soft nuance of lilac tincture for bitterness, Yuzu for airy and light note, tonka and cedarwood for warmth and stillness. Even its carrier honors this purity: a tincture of sinking grade Nha Trang, aged sixteen months, so the perfume breathes like incense in the dark.

No animalics or any fixatives, Only Kyara, resurrected in its most primal form.

Voice of Kyara remains nothing but Kyara at heart. 

With Voice of Kyara, the ancient Kōdō ritual is no longer confined to royal chambers. A single spray carries the smell of actual kyara.
