Kinamic is committed to delivering each fragrance with the same care and attention used in its creation. Every order is carefully packaged to ensure that your perfume arrives safely and in perfect condition.
This Shipping and Refund Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you make a purchase from our store.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
During periods of high demand, limited releases, or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are included in the price of our perfumes.
Kinamic offers complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders. No additional shipping charges will be applied at checkout.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to most international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Please note that certain countries may have regulations regarding the shipment of alcohol-based fragrances which may affect delivery availability.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and courier service.
- Germany & European Union: 5–10 business days
- Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, GCC): 3–7 business days
- Asia: 7–12 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–15 business days
These delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Policy
Due to the artisanal nature of our fragrances and the limited production of each release, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and shipped.
Our fragrances are produced in small batches using rare materials, and for reasons of product integrity, hygiene, and exclusivity, returned products cannot be restocked or resold.
If your package arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. After verification, we will arrange a replacement shipment for the damaged item.
To process a replacement shipment, please provide your order number along with photographs of the damaged package and product.
Shipping Delays
Kinamic cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by courier services, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
