Kinamic operates this store and website to offer carefully crafted artisanal fragrances produced in limited quantities. Because of the nature of our products and the rarity of the materials used, we maintain a strict return and refund policy to protect the integrity of our creations and ensure fairness for all customers.
This Return & Refund Policy describes the conditions under which replacements may be offered and explains the circumstances in which returns or refunds may or may not be accepted. By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described in this policy.
No Returns or Refunds
All sales made through the Kinamic store are final.
Due to the artisanal nature of our fragrances and the limited production of each release, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and shipped. Each fragrance is produced in small batches using rare materials and is handled with strict quality control before dispatch.
For reasons of product integrity, hygiene, and the exclusivity of our limited releases, returned products cannot be restocked or resold.
Damaged Deliveries
We take great care in packaging every order to ensure that it arrives safely. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit, we will arrange a replacement shipment for the affected item.
If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the damaged package
- Clear photographs of the damaged product
After verification, we will arrange for a replacement shipment of the damaged item at no additional cost.
Please note that refunds are not issued for damaged deliveries. Instead, a replacement will be provided.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
Kinamic cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address information, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipping the order.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting the courier service directly to investigate the matter.
If further assistance is required, please contact us and we will help initiate a shipping investigation with the courier.
